30-day return window. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags intact. No restocking fees.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

We make it right at no cost to you — replacement or full refund, your choice, including any shipping you paid. Send a photo of the issue to support@obravacollective.com within 30 days of delivery.

Change of Mind

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Not Eligible for Return

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Final-sale items (marked at purchase) and gift cards. Made-to-order customized or personalized items, unless defective or incorrect.

The fastest path is to return the original item and place a new order.
