RETURN WINDOW

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags intact
• There are no restocking fees

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email support@obravacollective.store with your order number and reason for return

2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

3. Wait for return authorization before shipping your item back

4. Ship the approved return according to the provided instructions

RETURN SHIPPING

• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

• If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll make it right at no cost to you
• Choose between a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid
• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Include your order number and a photo of the issue

• Final sale items marked as such at the time of purchase
• Gift cards

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of its status
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
