30-day return window. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

We make it right at no cost to you — replacement or full refund, your choice. Send us a photo of the issue at support@obravacollective.com within 30 days of delivery.

Change of Mind

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Not Eligible for Return

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Final-sale items (marked at purchase).
